Peter Lyons, Chairman of the Board, he will never say it, but “San Diemas High School Football Rules”! Pete is the founder and visionary of the RGL. He dreams big, and makes things happen. Owner of a successful Environmental testing company that services 3 states, a Brewery, and a very important charity organization, Pete believes in giving back to his community and abroad. He spends more time playing golf than practicing and is determined to break 80 one of these days.

Lee Patterson, Commissioner, is your classic ESPN 30/30 story of a high school golfer who turned down D2 golf scholarships to try and play at a big SEC school, but there was not a try out opportunity so he took to fraternity life and became an SEC college sports fanatic. Fortunately he was able to get a job at the local country club and kept his game sharp to answer the occasional “Ringer” call.

Lee’s journey in the Restoration space started with a long chapter at one of the premier software providers in the space. When he closed that chapter Lee was able to convince his wife to sell it all and go travel the country in an RV, stopping to see as many National Parks and beautiful scenery as possible. Upon his return to society Lee joined a popular hybrid franchise group where he was able to develop relationships with hundreds of national vendors in the property damage restoration space. After beefing up a successful portfolio with the franchise group, Lee then stepped back into software to help launch one of the newest contractor focused systems available.

The League was able to snatch Lee up and make him Commissioner in 2025. With his dedication to service and combination of golf skills, industry knowledge, and vendor relationships, Lee is able to inject massive value into a Restorers business and is happy to do so for anyone that is looking for help. He won’t dry a house out for you, but he can save you money in ways most Restoration business owners do not have time to focus on.
